When running long or batch jobs, you don't have to sit at the computer. WorkGoa lets your phone supervise the desktop app — check progress anytime, approve a decision, or stop a task.
What it does
- View task titles, running status, and decision summaries remotely.
- Approve decisions on your phone, or dispatch / append / stop tasks remotely.
Privacy boundary
Manuscripts and file content never leave your machine. With supervision on, only task titles, running status, and decision summaries are relayed through the server to your phone; the server is a dumb relay that forwards message frames without parsing or storing business content. You can turn off the remote-control switch for a device anytime; once off, your phone can no longer connect to that device.
Devices and quota
Login and supervision record device name, platform, and version for the device list and remote-control authorization. Controlled-device slots come with a free quota — see Account & Quota.
Tips
Treat supervision as "eyes when you're away from the desk": for fine-grained edits, come back to the desktop app with its full interface and toolbox.
