Writing a long serial is a marathon. The task center helps you layer "what today, this volume's target, and where the book is going".

Idea capture

When inspiration hits, jot it down without breaking your current flow. Notes can be organized into formal tasks or the manuscript later.

Task scheduling

Hand repeated or timed actions to the scheduler: run consistency checks on a cadence, advance batch processing by volume, and so on, without triggering each manually.

Long-horizon Goal mode

For large objectives spanning many chapters, hold direction with Goal mode so the agent keeps aligning to "where this book is going" across many rounds, instead of re-explaining each turn.

Pairs with supervision

Away from the desk, use mobile supervision to watch progress and approve decisions; return to the desktop for fine adjustments.
