Terms of Service

The WorkGoa desktop client and mobile app are free to download and use, and every software feature is open to everyone. We also offer an optional model-quota service (monthly plans and token packs, "the quota service") for using the platform-hosted Qwen models without bringing your own API key.

There are two model tracks: BYOK — you add your own model API key and settle usage costs directly with the corresponding provider, and we neither mark up nor touch your key; the hosted channel — usage is metered and deducted in standard tokens via the quota service.

You register with an email address, are responsible for truthful account information, and must keep your credentials safe. Actions taken through your account are treated as your own.

An account is for the registrant's personal use only; renting, lending, or reselling accounts — or the quota and entitlements inside them — is prohibited.

The quota service is paid per single order: the purchasable tiers and prices are shown on the Pricing page and at the in-app purchase entry, in CNY.

The quota service does not auto-renew: a monthly grant takes effect on credit and lasts 30 days, with its unused part cleared at expiry; token-pack quota never expires. Nothing is charged at expiry — you simply buy again when needed.

Within 7 days of payment, as long as that grant of quota is completely untouched, you may request a full refund to the original payment method; once refunded, the corresponding quota is reclaimed immediately.

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations, and must not use the product to generate or distribute unlawful content, infringe others' copyright or platform rules (including using the product to mass-generate low-quality submissions), attack or probe systems of others, circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions, or for any unlawful purpose.

The product is positioned as authoring assistance and QC: outputs are meant for you to review and revise before use, and you carry the corresponding responsibility for the compliance and copyright of what you finally publish. If abuse is detected, we may restrict or suspend the affected account and handle not-yet-effective period fees according to the refund rules in this section.

You can initiate account deletion at any time from the client or the mobile app. It takes effect after email confirmation and a 7-day cooling-off period; signing in during the cooling-off period automatically withdraws the request. See the Privacy Policy for the consequences of deletion.

The software, brand, and documentation of the product are protected by intellectual property laws. Ownership of model outputs you produce is determined by applicable law and the terms of the corresponding model provider.

Model outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying important outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Model service is provided by the upstream provider you choose, whose availability, rate limits, and content policy are decided by that provider; if an upstream outage makes model calls temporarily unavailable, we will restore the product's own capabilities but cannot guarantee an uninterrupted upstream.

When the terms change, we update the version and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
